After watching it twice, I finally understood it. It looks like random images, but they also have a deeper meaning. I never realized it was looped until after about an hour.

The whole flash had a deep meaning to it. Others that can't understand the fundamentalisms of the B vote "0". But those that can harness and relate to the true statement that lies midst this flash, vote "5".

This movie truthfully made me cringe when I saw my fellow Clock buddy being peeled... and juiced... and dranken. I don't think I will look at orange juice in the same light again.
